PRIVATE LESSON– By signing the registration form, you are under contract to pay tuition throughout the entire school year. From time to time, a few students will choose to discontinue lessons.  It is hoped that this decision is made thoughtfully and only after discussing with the teacher to have closure between the parent, student, and teacher.  With this said, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise.

  • Our private lessons run year-round.  One-month (4 weeks) notice is required to discontinue any lessons.
  • To withdraw from private lessons, a parent or adult student must:
    1. Inform school administration by email, and
    2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the MSC office.
  • In the event of irregular attendance, repeated failure to prepare assigned materials, or otherwise unacceptable behavior, MSC may terminate lessons.

HARMONY ROAD GROUP CLASS– Enrollment in a full-length session indicates your commitment to attend class for the whole session.  Since our program is designed for 4 or more students per class, your withdrawal can cause cancellation of the entire class.  We urge you to carefully consider your decision and remain enrolled until the end of the semester.  If you wish to withdraw from a group class, NO refunds will be issued for materials, semester tuition, or fees.  MSC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any class for which enrollment is/becomes insufficient, and to modify class enrollment with prior notice.
